Send This Record To A Support Professional To Help Them Diagnose The Problem.

6. After That, Give A File Name To Save The Recording (The Recording File Will Save In .Zip Format And It Can Be Viewed In Any Web Browser). Choose Where You Want To Save It. And Click Save. Now You Can Attach And Send This .Zip File To The Person Helping You Troubleshoot The Problem On Your PC.
Note :
- Steps Recorder Doesn’t Record Text That You Type. Like “Password”.
- Some Programs, Like A Full-Screen Game, Might Not Be Captured Accurately.
To Record And Save Steps On Your Computer:
1. To Open Steps Recorder, Open “Run” Dialog Box By Pressing “Windows Key + R” Keyboard
Shortcut, Type PSR And Click Ok.
2. Click Start Record.
3. Go Through The Steps To Reproduce The Problem Which You’re Trying To Diagnose. You Can Also Pause And Resume The Recording At Any Time.
4. If You Want To Give Comment Of Your Recording Then Click Add Comment, Use Your Mouse To Select The Part Of The Screen That You Want To Comment On, Type Your Comment And Then Click Ok.
5. When You’re Done, Click Stop Record.
